March 6, 2024:
Florida lawmakers unanimously passed House Bill HB 1021 and Senate Bill SB 1178, amending Chapter 718 to lower the threshold for condominium associations required to maintain a website. The requirement now applies to associations with 25 or more units, down from the previous 150-unit minimum, and includes additional content requirements. The information below has been updated to reflect these changes.
